What are the Return & Exchange policies?

 

We want you to LOVE your product! If you are unsatisfied with your product within 20 days of receiving it, ship the product(s) back and you’ll receive your refund! What does it mean to be unsatisfied? If the product is not what you expected, changed mind, don't like it in person, or whatever the reason may be, ... you can return it! -- if you received the item as a gift, you will receive store credit.

 

If there is a product defect, please contact me as soon as possible (within 20 days of receiving it)! 

 

For exchanges/returns: customer is responsible for shipping costs.

What is the status of my order?
 

Ni-Chern Designs ships every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  You must purchase by 8am (CST) to make it in the day of shipment.  When the item is going to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number via paypal (US only).  
Shipping within the US takes approx. 3-5 business days and international shipping takes approx. 2-3 weeks

How can I cancel or change my order? 

 

You must email or contact within 1 hour of your order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

If you cancel an order that used a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.

What about purchases outside of US?

 

Currently I have shipping estimated for Canada. If you are not in Canada, please contact Ni-Chern Designs for an accurate shipping price. 

All sales are final for International Purchases.

What is the payment process?

 

Ni-Chern Designs currently uses Paypal. It is not necessary to signup for paypal or use your paypal account, simply skip the sign in process to proceed to check out.

What is the shipping fee?

 

Shipping fees are located here. This is currently for US orders only. For international purchase, please contact Ni-Chern Designs for the exact shipping cost for the items that you are interested in purchasing.

I have not received my package, what can I do?

 

Ni-Chern Designs is not responsible for any lost packages. If you have not received your package, you must contact your local Post Office with your tracking number for more information or to file a claim. If you would like to add insurance on your items, let us know before placing your order and we will add it to your shipping cost.

How do I wash my item?

 

Any item with a metal part (such as swivel hook) needs to be put in a pillow cover or the like to prevent the metal damaging the drum of your washer.

 

All items may be washed with like colors. 

 

Any items with vinyl needs to be laid flat to dry, do not put in the dryer as it will melt the vinyl.

 

Large totes needs to be spot cleaned.

Do you charge tax?

 

Only for Kansas residents. Tax percentage is located in the cart link.

I live in Kansas City, can I pick up my purchase?
 

Definitely! I only meet up M-F, weekends are reserved for family time. Just send me a message to see what works for the both of us! Or you can pick it up at a show that I will be vending at. Just let me know!

Would you be interested in doing a giveaway for my blog/website/etc.?

 

Since I am donating portion of my proceeds to a charity; I will not be doing any giveaways.

Dog Collar care:

 

All collars and leashes are washable. Wash in cold water, and line dry. Do NOT dry in dryer.


Ni-Chern Designs is not responsible for any excessive pulling or chewing of the collar by your dog. It is the responsiblity of the pet owner to determine the appropriate use, type, and fit of the collar for their pet. We cannot be held responsible for injury as a result of improper use of poorly fitted collars. Please measure your pet properly and discontinue using collars that show signs of wear and/or weakness. 
It is highly recommended to remove a martingale collar anytime your pet is unattended. Martingale collars are intended for walking purposes only and while supervised by the pet owner.
